CrewMark exists because crew were tired of tools built by people who've never flown a duty. The trade-offs all point the same way: toward you.
Roster snapshots are encrypted at rest. No third-party analytics or tracking, and no roster data sent to AI providers (the AI assistant is switched off). Delete your account at any time: once you confirm the email link it leaves the live database, and encrypted backups are deleted after 30 days.

Servers and database in Frankfurt, Germany. Encrypted backups are stored with Cloudflare (EU location, US company) and emails are sent through Google; the privacy policy lists every provider. Export and deletion (GDPR Art. 15, 17 and 20) are built into Settings, not bolted on. Run by its founder, a sole trader based in Belgium.
