Understand the findings behind your roster.
CrewMark compares your uploaded duties with the flight-time, duty and rest rules it models, then explains the findings rule by rule. The output is advisory: your operator's official systems, OM-A and applicable collective agreement remain authoritative.

Coverage depends on the rule and your context
CrewMark models EASA rules and selected national rules for bases in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany and Switzerland. Collective-agreement detail is currently limited to one operator-and-base combination. Being based in one of these countries does not mean every rule, agreement or situation is covered.
Roster-format support and rule coverage are separate questions. A PDF that imports successfully may still belong to an operator or base without a supported collective-agreement model. Confirm the relevant coverage before relying on the breakdown to understand your own roster.
| Layer | Current scope | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Roster input | NetLine/CrewLink and Raido PDF exports | That the dates, duties and times were parsed correctly |
| EASA and national rules | The rules CrewMark models; selected national/base coverage | Whether the model covers the rule and circumstances you are checking |
| Collective agreement | One operator-and-base combination currently described | Whether your particular operator and base are supported |
| Operational decision | No operational approval or certification | Your official roster, operator procedures and relevant support channels |
Use a finding to ask a clearer question
A useful breakdown helps you identify which duty or rest period needs a closer look. Begin by checking the roster input, then compare the finding with the official documents and systems that apply to you.
CrewMark works from the PDF and the rules it interprets. It does not have access to your airline's internal scheduling system or an authoritative record of every circumstance affecting a duty. Missing history, a misread export or an unsupported rule can change the meaning of a result.
Check the imported information
Confirm the relevant duties and times against the current official roster.
Check the coverage
Establish whether the finding uses a model that applies to your operator, base and circumstances.
Confirm through the right channel
Use your operator's official FTL process, union representative or relevant aviation authority when you need an authoritative interpretation or action.
The same distinction applies to swaps
The swap market helps crew at their airline and base find and agree possible swaps. CrewMark checks the proposed rosters against the rules it models, but a pre-check is not a guarantee or approval.
You and the other crew member complete any actual swap through your airline's official channels. CrewMark does not contact the airline to execute it. Only treat the schedule as changed once the airline has confirmed the change.
A personal productivity tool
CrewMark is in private beta and is not an Electronic Flight Bag or a product certified by an aviation authority. Its roster views, rule findings and salary estimates are informational, not legal, payroll or operational advice.
The purpose is to make complex roster information easier to examine. It does not remove your responsibility to verify your schedule or raise an operational concern through official channels.
Common questions
Does no warning mean my roster is approved?
No. It means you should interpret the output within the rules and input CrewMark models. An absence of warnings is not proof that every applicable rule or circumstance has been checked.
Does CrewMark cover every collective agreement?
No. Current public coverage describes one operator-and-base combination. Ask the team whether your own context is covered; do not assume coverage from the airline's country or PDF format.
Can CrewMark authorize a duty swap?
No. CrewMark supports planning and rule pre-checks. Your airline still approves and implements the actual swap.
