Check your roster format and rule coverage.
CrewMark currently imports NetLine/CrewLink and Raido PDF exports. Format support, rule coverage and beta access are separate: a readable roster does not automatically mean your operator's collective agreement is modelled.
Private beta · Free while in beta For pilots and cabin crew. Applications are reviewed manually.

Roster formats supported today
Support is currently described by export format, without claiming a list of airline partnerships. CrewMark is independent and is not affiliated with any airline or operator.
PDF layouts can vary. Even a supported format should be reviewed after import, particularly if your airline has changed its roster layout. The beta parser can misread information, so compare its output with the original and the airline's official schedule.
| Export | Current status | Practical next step |
|---|---|---|
| NetLine/CrewLink PDF | Supported format in private beta | Request access, import your own export and review the parsed duties |
| Raido PDF | Supported format in private beta | Request access, import your own export and review the parsed duties |
| Other formats or layouts | Coverage not confirmed | Contact support to discuss your export before assuming compatibility |
Rule coverage is a separate check
CrewMark describes EASA rules plus selected national rules for bases in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany and Switzerland. Collective-agreement coverage is currently described for one operator-and-base combination.
This is not a promise of full support for every operator or base in those countries. Ask which rules apply to your particular context. A successful roster import alone does not establish that your collective agreement or every exceptional duty situation has been modelled.
All results are rule breakdowns. Your operator's OM-A, applicable collective agreement and official systems remain the reference for authoritative decisions.
What to check before requesting access
A few details help establish whether the current beta is a useful fit for you.
- Your roster export is a NetLine/CrewLink or Raido PDF, or you have asked support about another format.
- You know your airline and home base, so operator-specific coverage can be assessed.
- Your airline permits the personal use of third-party tools with your roster information.
- You understand that the current calendar feature is an .ics export and that the iPhone app is coming soon.
- You are prepared to check imported duties against the official roster while the product is in beta.
If your roster is different
Contact customer.support.crewmark@gmail.com with a description of the roster system, export type and layout you use. Ask how to provide a suitable sample if one is needed; avoid putting personal roster information in a public post.
A request helps the team understand demand, but it is not a commitment to add the format by a particular date. CrewMark is currently a free, invite-only beta with applications reviewed manually each week.
Common questions
Is there a verified list of supported airlines?
The current public support statement names NetLine/CrewLink and Raido PDF formats rather than an airline list. Confirm your particular export and rule context with the team.
If my PDF imports, is my CLA covered?
Not necessarily. PDF parsing and collective-agreement models are separate. Current CLA coverage is limited to one operator-and-base combination.
Can I join immediately?
You can request access, but the private beta uses a manual approval queue. Submitting a registration is not confirmation of access.
